Monday 14 March: Cottesloe beach Art, Freemantle and Perth
Our first part of the Ozz trip was in Perth, mostly to visit Serena, since my last visit there (15 years ago) and her last visit to london she had a little girl (Tilly 3 years old), also simon had not been there before. Being short of time we did more local things than the usual sightseeing (Pinnacles, wave rocks, monkey Mia...)
It was hot , even for me, 46 degrees we went to see lots of sculptures on Cottesloe beach . Lots of different artworks display on esplanade and beach itself. Very cool mixed of sand and art.
serena cute very australian house
Art and beach ...great combination on a perfect white sand beach..it was so hot impossible to walk on the sand without shoes
not part of the art on display but pretty impressive nonetheless
that to me sound a bit scary in australia
the water was so delicious (sadly it just got colder from that day)
great with the wind
love the contracts next to sunbathers
The little one needed her nap so we went to have a wander around Freemantle and we found the fairy shops. Not as busy i remembered but it was a monday and ridicuoously hot.
loved that building
Went back via Perth and had a little walk around near station before returning to Serena
