Various plotting for my parents visit in october are coming to plan

I am finally going to see the Ossuary in Hythe Going to Kent with my parents for a few days next month, i was a bit disappointed it was going to be closed (closes 30 Sept) and yet again failed to visit it (last time was being refurbished) but we contacted the parish and they have arrange a time for us to visit , that was so nice and helpful of them A lot smaller than the other European ones i visited but been on my to do list for so long http://www.hythe-tourism.com/stleonards/crypt1.htm

I have booked one night in a B&B attached to Hever Castle...we have free roaming of the gorund at night :)

and a very cool knight/medieval B&B in hasting

Stilla few things to books...possible winery, stam train and lots of national trust

I went to the ossuary in Hythe on Saturday! It's a bit of a step down from Sedlec, but still pretty cool. Warning: the crypt attendant kept on talking about how weird it was that some people with piercings were into this sort of thing and had travelled all the way from Margate(?) to visit. He might just be there on certain days though. But yeah, just a heads up in case they seem odd about it.

Also highly recommend the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway, which runs steam trains at about a third of the normal size down the coast to Dungeness. Takes about an hour but it's a lovely trip.

I was like "You work in an ossuary! Who do you think is going to visit?" but decided not to get into it.

Do you know where the other ossuary is? The leaflet said this was the biggest of two in the country.

Oh, not very long at all. Maybe half an hour to look around and read all the signs and materials. It's up the top of the hill, but only about fifteen minutes to get there from the miniature railway.
