Tori & Bruce Wedding [Aug. 28th, 2014|12:28 pm]
Saturday 23 August: Tori & Bruce wedding

The day started so so, a 6.30am start on a saturday and to find we got a parking fine, as out permit as elapse by one day...thanks you Haringey council :(.... at least we used the car that day sometimes we don't for days and that would have been very expensive.
Luckily Simon much prefer A1 to M1 so we had a trouble free journey to Leeds (unlike friends on M1 who were stuck for hours), as we were doing good time we even had time to stop at OK dinner and i tested a very American breakfast....french toast (eggy bread with bacon and maple syrup).
Got to David and Sarah in good time to get change and then make our way together to Wakefield

Arrived just in time to catch bride and groom out of the church.
the reception was at the orangery which had quirky artwork and swing, a lovely day catching up with friends and toasting the newly wed.

Despite lots of sparkly wine we managed to make out way back through 2 trains (as David and Sarah gone to infest)
The next day we had plan some swimming at Rutlands water but crappy weather and hangover we drove back straight  to London instead

The happy couple

So Simon caught the bride's bouquet - doesn't that mean he'll be next to get married? :->

no, we were just helping the bride holding it whilst she was posing for photos :)
