Sunday 21 September (5)
St.Cuthberts, Earl’s Court – Outside the big one one of the nicest over the top church I have seen in London.  Actually fairly new , St Cuthbert’s is one of London’s largest and finest 19th century churches. It was constructed between 1884 and 1887.  Similar in style to the Pre-Raphaelite church in Pimlico but that one is high church. Properly filled with incense as we entered, very grand, amazing carvings of demons and bets to sit on and  we even got treated to a private organ recital . That was a very grand surprise as it look so boring and normal from outside
